I’m Joanna, an award-winning playwright and freelance Content Producer and Video Editor based in West Yorkshire.

I write for stage and screen, and I also work with organisations and individuals to create, shape and edit engaging digital content, from podcasts and video to social media.

My play And It Rains won the Shelagh Delaney New Writing Award, and my work has been longlisted for the Bruntwood Prize, Theatre503 International Playwriting Award and Sky Studios & Box of Tricks Screen/Play Award.

When I’m not writing or editing, I can usually be found with my dog Queenie and my small flock of back-garden chickens.
